Refund policy

We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a exchange/return ,your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you return an item not in the same condition as you have received it no refund will be issued . Store credit only .

To start a exchange , you can contact us at support@milanklabel.com .If your exchange is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bodysuits and gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at support@milanklabel.com

Once a product have been shipped, and you have received a tracking number Milan K Label is no longer responsible for item if it is lost, stolen, or not delivered.  Please file claim with shipping company directly or the claim link on the bottom of our website .
